The tasks within the Training Registry are available based on the job category you are using. A single user may have multiple job categories and therefore see one list of tasks when they are using one job category and an entirely different list of tasks when using a different job category. For example, as a training organization employee I could establish one connection to the training organization as an employee, but if I am a trainer, I may also choose to have a connection as a trainer with another organization. These two job categories are separate and distinct but they are both associated with my Training Registry account. I will view tasks based on the Role I have selected in the drop down option of the Manage Account page.
Each role represents a job category connection for your account.
The Role selected, identifies the list of Tasks available.
A list of tasks has been complied below for your reference. Keep in mind that you may not have access to all of the tasks listed.

Displays titles, date, training organization and number of hours for each training you have attended along with Certifications and Credentials specific to you. |
Manage Batch Enrollment |
Provides the ability for a single user to enroll in trainings on the behalf of multiple system users. |
CD/PR-Manage Employees |
Provides manager access to organization and business employees. |
PDS/TOM-Manage Employees |
Provides manager access to organization and business employees. |
TO-Manage Class Evaluations |
Provides the ability to view the evaluations submitted for trainings that have been held. |
TO-Manage Classes |
Provides access to schedule a new class - instance of a training. Enrollments and wait list can be managed for current classes after enrollments have been approved. Attendance can be managed for past classes. |
TO-Manage Series |
Provides access to schedule a new series. Scheduling a series will require that all trainings within the series are listed on the Approved Trainings for the organization. Enrollments and wait list can be managed for current series after enrollments have been approved. Attendance can be managed for past series. |
TO-Manage Conferences |
Provides access to schedule a new conference. Scheduling a conference will require that all trainings within the conference are listed on the Approved Trainings for the organization. It is further suggested that the class "Conference Enrollment" be added to the conference trainings to track specific conference cost and attendance. Enrollments and wait list can be managed for current conferences after enrollments have been approved. Attendance can be managed for past conferences. |
TO-Manage Enrollment Approvals |
Allows the training organization staff to approve requested enrollment and identify that payment has been made. |

Allows the training organization to assign trainings to trainers of their organization. |

Provides the ability to apply to sponsor an existing training or create a new training to send to DHS for approval. |
